Who's behind Hostfloow?
A team that runs 70 short-term rentals. Hostfloow is the system we work with every day; Hostfloow PMS opens it up to other operations.
Which channels are connected?
Today, Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia: availability, rates, bookings and messages. Vrbo, Despegar and Agoda come next; if one is key for you, tell us in the demo.
Does it work in my country?
Yes. Hostfloow isn't tied to any country: each property has its own currency, Hosty replies in the guest's language and the connected channels work the same everywhere. Invoicing in each country's tax format comes later.
I already use Guesty or another PMS. How do I switch?
If you're coming from Guesty, Hosty and your operation work with your bookings from day one. Then we move properties, calendar and bookings and coordinate the channel switch so you don't lose any (Airbnb only allows one channel manager at a time). From another PMS, we'll plan it with you.
Does Hosty reply without supervision?
Only what you decide. You can start with drafts and turn on each automation separately, per unit. Sensitive money matters and emergencies always reach a person, and every reply is logged so it can be audited.
What does “Coming soon” mean?
That we use it in our own operation or are building it, but it isn't inside the PMS for customers yet. We'd rather say so than promise something you can't use today.
Do I need every module?
No. Start with the base platform and add Hosty or other modules when you need them. You pay per unit per month with no lock-in: cancel whenever you want and take your data with you.
Who owns my data?
You do. Each company has its own separate space with per-person permissions, and you can request an export of your properties, bookings and guests at any time.
